Its the greatest Vac in years. We have allergies and with the water system it grabs all the dust. I just love it.

I am a disabled person so using a vacumm is pretty tiring. when I received this vac, I put it to the test. This is the best, lightweight vac I have ever owned. I will never be without one, thank you.

What a wonderful product. No more dust or oder. Hose and tools are very lightweight and easy to use. Aqua container is easy to empty and the dirt this vac pulls out is amazing!

Best vac I ever bought. When I received it I put it to the test right away. I first vacumed all my rugs with my kirby, then I used the turbo vac and was amazed at how much dirt was left in my rugs. The turbo vac completely picked up what the kirby had left behind.I believe every one should own this great vacume cleaner.

I started using the H20 Vac a couple days ago and am AMAZED at the amount of cat hair it is still picking up! I only have 1 carpeted room and even tho it looked clean after the first couple vacume sessions it continues to pickup the hair.

I took advantage of your Two H2O Vacs deal. One Vac is kept upstairs so our housekeeper is not forced to lug the heavy Electrolux. The second H20 Vac is kept downstairs in my Cottage Based Business area called the candy store.

The water filtration is superior at trapping dust and odors compared to our Electrolux which exhausts a smelly odor along with the noise of a Jumbo Jet taking off at SFIA airport.

The quality of the H2O Vac met my expectations. Only the Crevis-Brush Tool cracked when I was cleaning out my Subaru Wagon, but I was able to 'fix' it.

I've used my H20 Vac to tackle sand, dirt, and would you believe fireplace ash! The H2O Vac does not blow that Ash into the air like other wet & dry vacs. Since the Ash will build up fast in the water filtration system, it is advisable to remove as much Ash as possible with a fireplace shovel and then finish up with the H2O Vac.

Can't wait to order the H2O Steam Mop and Handheld Steamer.

You can reverse the hose and use the H2O Vac like a blower.

I could not believe what the H20 Turbo picked up.
Unlike the so-called cyclonic units, the unit met and exceeded my expectations. As a pet owner, it removed hair that was not visible and I was totally astounded with the power of the machine. Even with a twenty foot extension, the power is amazing!

This product rates a definate ten in my evaluation and I received it only a few days ago. I will keep the other machine as a back-up, but I expect the first machine will last for a very long time. Mr. Oreck has a definate reason to worry.

how often does the hepa filter need changing?
COMPANY REPLY: Water filter MUST be changed every three (3) months to help avoid mineral residue buildup. Mineral residue can cause an excessive buildup of pressure inside the H2O Mop unit causing the unit to become very hot and cease functioning. the steam mop begins to produce steam more slowly than usual or stops producing steam you may need to remove limescale from your steamer. Your H2O Mop requires removal of limescale, regularly, to prevent build-up. The frequency depends upon the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the steamer. (See “Trouble Shooting” Tips)

Can I vacuum my entire house without having to stop and change out the water in the chamber? The chamber lookes quite small for doing a typ. whole house vac job.

COMPANY REPLY: You should not have to change the water to do your entire house. Since the water is only a filter to capture the dirt, dust, and particles it plays no bearing on the suction or cleaning ability of the vacuum.

HOW DOES THANE COMPARE TO A RAINBOW VAC, BESIDES THE PRICE?

I have both models of the H2O Vacs and have had great success. The Turbo has great suction, easier tank to clean, This product rocks

I have used all types of sweepers: Rainbo,sweepers with bags and other bagless sweepers to clean with. I like the H2o to clean with-I gave the 2nd one to my daughter ( she would like a Dyson ) but she likes her H2O also.
